Baked Brie with Cranberry Conserve in Puff Pastry

1 Sheet Puff Pastry, unbaked
1 small brie or camembert wedge/wheel
1/3 cup Bella’s Cranberry Conserve
1 egg yolk
French yeast baguette, cut into slices

Roll out pastry on lightly floured surface to 1/8” thick.  Place cheese in middle of pastry.  Top cheese with Cranberry Conserve and fold ends of dough to middle of cheese.  Twist ends to look like a package.  Brush with egg yolk.

Bake at 400 degrees for 14-20 minutes on middle rack of oven, or cool 10 minutes before serving.
