Roasted Rose Radish + Root Vegetable Salad

Roasting radishes? 
yes! 
When roasted, radishes become soft and sweet and lose most of their signature spiciness. 
Add a sprinkle of Tuscan Rose + Pink Peppercorn salt
and you have a lovely side spring side dish.  


And then there is the feast of all roasts....root vegetables.
